TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully before finalizing your order & make a payment
1. Quotation
CASANHA is willing to send as many quotations as customers’ request. Quotations are valid for 30 days except for errors or omissions.
2. Color
We endeavor to ensure that all colors are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colors may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens.
In some cases, the products we offer for sale are hand-made or made from natural materials, and there may be small variations between the product image(s) and the product you receive. This will always be stated on the individual product listing.
3. Order receipt and deposit
Once customers confirm the quotation by mail, SMS or by paper, an order receipt is made and is required of 50% Total Order Value.
CASANHA will store the product within 30 days as long as customers make a deposit. After 30 days, if customers do not come back, we may sell the product to other customers without any further notice and refund. Customers will be reminded 3 – 4 days before the due date.
We offer customized sofas with size and fabric made to order (following our catalog). No money will be refunded.
4. Refund, Cancellation and Exchange
If customers change their mind and decide to cancel the order, please contact us within 96 hours from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept cancellations or change of orders after 96 hours from the date of order. A restocking fee of 500,000VND will be applied. Cancellations after 96 hours will be subject to a charge equivalent to 30% of the items’ total value.
In case the products do not meet customers’ requirements (regarding the size, the match with other furniture…), please contact us within 3 days from the delivery (sales receipt and delivery note is required) for exchange. Customers can change to other products at a higher price, otherwise, the difference in amounts will not be refunded.
In case of payment by Installment payment, the current Installment payment terms will also be applied. There is no money refund or cancellation for Installment transaction after the transaction has been successfully converted to an Installment transaction by the Bank.
The exchange is only applicable to furniture that are not in use or damaged conditions and must be in their original package along with the original Receipt and Delivery Note.
Each Sales Receipt is allowed to change once, any extra fees regarding the exchange is paid by the customers. We are unable to accommodate Exchange for all items. Please note that the following items are not eligible:
- Products described as “Made to Order”,
- Discounted items during Promotion event including but not limited to “Final Sale”, “Final Markdown” or any form of Clearance Sale,
- Display items
- No money refunded.
We do not accept refunds in cash for products bought with vouchers.

Payment is required to be paid in full before delivery date. In case customers do not pay in time, we will send a warning and customers may be charged extra fees due to late payment.
6. Term of Delivery
a) Shipping method & fees
When the furniture is in stock, feel free to pick it up at our warehouse right away.
Customers are given 60 days to schedule the delivery of furniture and 90 days for receipt with customized sofas, chairs and armchairs.
In case customer refuses to receive goods after 90 days from agreed delivery date, unless the order has been paid in full, the customer shall make the remaining payment of the order payable to CASANHA, or a storage fee of 1% of the order’s total amount will be charged per month, starting from the 91st day since the Sale Order’s date.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and lifts before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the product description.
If we proceed with a delivery that is a non lift-accessible storey building, an additional charge will be required per item at a maximum of ten floors high. If the storey is higher, the amount will be negotiated with the third-party team.
All fees relating to truck delivery, and using lifts in the building shall be at customers’ cost.
b) Delivery & assembly service
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse but if upon delivery the goods are damaged or defective, please let us know within 24 hours. We will then make appropriate arrangements with you.
Our delivery service only includes assembling products and does not include drilling or mounting the products on the wall. If customers request other services than assembling the products, we may charge extra fees.
Casanha Delivery Team will not be held responsible for any damage on the walls/ceiling caused in the process of product installation per customer’s request.
Any claim regarding shortages, damaged or defective goods must be clearly stated on the delivery note. All order’s items must be thoroughly inspected before signing the delivery receipt as we are unable to accept any claims after our Delivery & Assembly Team have left your premises.
Once the products are unpacked and installed at the customer’s property, no changes shall be made to the order at/ after this point unless the products are faulty due to the manufacturing process.
c) Delivery time
If customers would like the items to be separated into multiple deliveries, additional fees may apply when items for each trip contain a value of products less than 10,000,000 VND.
We will schedule the delivery to your convenience but subjected to availability. Once delivery time has been agreed by both parties via phone, SMS or email, the customer is authorized to change it once. If a customer keeps delaying it, delivery time will be arranged by CASANHA depending on schedule variability.
7. Warranty
All furniture is guaranteed for 12 months and accessories for 1 month. The warranty covers technical defects only. The warranty does not cover any damage or other defects caused by improper use, lack of required maintenance, pot due to water, wine, grease...
We have the right to refuse a product that is guaranteed which has become unacceptable regarding quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
The warranty does not apply for products that have been discounted, is valid from the date the customer receives the product and is only valuable with the original sales receipt.
Due to the hand-made manufacturing process and to the natural characteristic of concrete and wood, there will be slight variations in the color and texture that gives to your product this unique and exclusive look and cannot be considered as defects.
8. Commercial Invoice (Red Invoice)
Must be requested before 7pm on days of purchase.
Invoice amount: Total amount – shipping fee – point – return amount
9. Reservation of Ownership Clause
CASANHA retains ownership of ordered products until full payment has been made by customer before or at delivery time. After 3 months from the order date, if the customer refuses delivery, the order will be canceled and CASANHA retains ownership of the products. Deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
For sale orders paid by POS, the credit card processing fee 3.3% will be charged by the bank and CASANHA always supports customers to pay for this. However, if a partial or full refund of the order is made, the ustomer will be charged these 3.3% fees.
