Solid timber panels in an understated T-shape form the base of the Jaunt table. Subtle and harmonious changes in the thickness of the panels, chunky at the centre and tapering out to a narrow gauge at the edge, provide an almost imperceptible dynamism, echoed by the tapered edge of the tabletop, which can be made of solid wood, natural stone, or glass.
