Instalment Payment Policy

Casanhà offers 0% interest installment payment through the OnePay gateway, powered by participating Vietnamese banks. This policy explains who can use it, what it covers, and how to apply in-store.

1. SUMMARY

Payment Gateway: OnePay (via participating Vietnamese banks).
Eligible Cards: International credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB.
Minimum Order: 10,000,000 VND (after any applicable discounts).
Installment Terms: 3 months / 6 months / 12 months.
Interest Rate: 0% — no interest charged to the cardholder.
Where to Apply: In-store at Casanha locations only (not available online).
Card Restrictions: Not available for supplementary cards or corporate cards.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To pay by installment at Casanha, all of the following conditions must be met:
⋅ You hold a primary international credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or JCB) issued by a Vietnamese bank that has a partnership with Casanha's installment program.
⋅ Your order total is 10,000,000 VND or above, after all discounts have been applied.
⋅ Your order does not include any product discounted by more than 15% of its original price.
⋅ Your card's available credit limit is equal to or greater than the total installment amount.

→ Not eligible: Supplementary cards, corporate cards, and cards issued by non-participating banks cannot be used for installment payment. Please check with our in-store team if you are unsure whether your bank is a partner.

3. HOW IT WORKS

The total purchase amount is divided into equal fixed monthly payments over the selected term (3, 6, or 12 months). No upfront deposit is required. Casanha charges no installment conversion fee.
Monthly payment example: Order value: 30.000.000 VNĐ
→ 3-month term: 10,000,000 VND / month
→ 6-month term: 5,000,000 VND / month
→ 12-month term: 2,500,000 VND / month
Some banks may charge their own installment management fee independently. Please check with your card-issuing bank before proceeding.

4. HOW TO APPLY IN-STORE

STEP 1 - CHOOSE ITEMS

Select the products you wish to purchase. Ensure the total order value reaches the 10,000,000 VND minimum after any discounts.


STEP 2 - REQUEST INSTALMENT PAYMENT

Inform the Casanhà sales associate that you wish to pay by instalment. They will confirm your eligibility and the available terms (3, 6, or 12 months).


STEP 3 - COMPLETE THE GIVEN FORM

Fill in and sign the instalment registration form at the Casanha location. This confirms your agreement to the installment terms as required by your issuing bank.


STEP 4 - BANK CONFIRMATION

Your transaction is submitted to OnePay and your bank for installment conversion. This happens automatically — you do not need to call or SMS your bank separately.


STEP 5 - 3D SECURE AUTHORIZATION

If your card is enrolled in Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, or J-Secure, you will be prompted to enter your authentication password to complete the transaction.


STEP 6 - RECEIVE CONFIRMATION

Once approved, you will receive a transaction confirmation. Monthly repayments will be charged to your credit card according to your selected term.

5. TERMS & RESTRICTIONS

⋅ Once the bank has successfully converted the transaction to an instalment plan, the order cannot be cancelled.
⋅ The instalment term selected at the time of purchase cannot be changed afterwards.
⋅ Instalment orders are not eligible for cash refunds. If the product is confirmed defective, Casanha will resolve the matter in accordance with the Exchange & Return Policy.
⋅ This program cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or discount programs unless explicitly stated.
⋅ If a card is found ineligible for instalment conversion per the bank's own regulations, the bank has the right to decline the conversion. Casanha is not responsible for any interest or charges arising from an unsuccessful conversion attempt.
⋅ Casanha reserves the right to refuse an installment order that does not meet the program conditions.

6. GENERAL TERMS

  • This policy is effective from April 2026 and may be revised periodically. Updates will be published on casanha.com.
  • For detailed terms and conditions specific to each card-issuing bank, please refer to the bank's installment programme documentation available via the OnePay platform.
  • Matters not covered by this policy are governed by applicable Vietnamese law.
